27th June 2024 – Knepp Rewilding Project – Walled Garden Tour.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Knepp’s Rewilding Project – Walled Garden Tour.  As a lover of plant photography and creating art out of nature this place was heaven for me.  I got so carried away by the awe and capturing the beauty of Knepp with my camera, when I realised that everyone else on the tour had gone!

Incredible & beautiful, the Walled Garden at Knepp was originally a sculptured and manicured garden with croquet lawn.  In 2022 Charly & Isabella decided that their Walled back garden should be inkeeping with the rest of the Knepp rewilding project.

They resculptured and landscaped the space with crushed hardcore materials already onsite, then planted drought resistant plants all over the site, they kept the pool and still use it as there back garden. 2 years later the results are astonishing and are only set to get more exciting.
